My wife hit a nasty pot hole on Route 2 in Marshall County. Bent the rim and flattened the tire. How can I report this an be compensated?

If you have collision coverage, report it to your insurance company. This is considered a collision. The town/county/state will generally have a law that pretty much states they are not at fault for the road conditions (weather related or just damages to the road such as potholes, cracks, etc).
