I own my car, i paid (alot of) good money for it, but on the logbook it says that i am the REGISTERD KEEPER and not the owner, in the dictionary Keeper means Attendant, caretaker,steward, or overseer, but not owner, does this mean that somebody can come and stack claim to my car and call themselfs the keeper?, or is registerd keeper just legal jurgon, somebody please help...

The registered keeper does not need to be the owner. You can buy a car (and be the owner) and register it in your wifes name for insurance purposes for example.But if you paid for it and your names on the logbook, youre both the owner and registered keeper.
