Is NOC from RTO necessary if you take your two wheeler from one state to another.?

Dear friends,

I was in a MVA and it was completely the other guys fault...?

i have byke which had registeration no. of kanpur and is registered by my name.Now i have got the job in bhopal and i also want to take my byke with me.My question is that did NOC from RTO is necessary if i take my byke from kanpur which is in UP to bhopal which is in MP.

Anyone in colorado who took the driving premit test??
