When they check the DMV and see how points you have on your record and what your past driving record has been it is not hard for them to figure it out. Now a day they use your credit score when giving a quote for car insurance. Hiding a bad driving record is something you cannot do anymore. It is all in the system and they are all connected so each insurance company has information that is recorded. You may get away with it for a little while but eventually everything catches up and it all comes out into the open.
