Is there any way to remove a point off of my drivers license or do I have to wait for it to expire?
He will not have to pay a deductible if he goes directly through your carrier for damages. As long as you are cooperating with your carrier and have current insurance- then you wont owe any out of pocket for his repairs and he will get it repaired free of charge. Are umbrella ins. policies. worth it?
If he for some reason insist on going through his insurance then they will not necessarily waive his deductible just b/c you were at fault- his deductible is written into his policy. It is not your job to pay that as he has the choice to go through your insurance.

no you shouldn't give in to his threats..the insurance companies will take care of what needs to be done and he has no say in how it will be handled. If I were you I would go to the police and tell them that he is harassing you. THat is a very serious offense! Let them know who called what they said and the background as to why they are doing this. Just because you had an accident doesn't give them the right to threaten your well being. There really are some crazy people in th world! becareful but don't give in...let the authorities handle it.How can I get lower car insurance for my old car?

If you don't pay it , then It probably wouldn't hurt to get a restraining order against him/her.you can get them done pretty cheap..I would also buy a gun and keep it in your car.
Where can i insure 2 cars on 1 policy?
Contact your local police dept at once! If anyone has threatened you with assault they will be picked up and jailed at once. THAT will shut them up.P.S. - you are under NO obligation to have any contact with these people at all, so don't answer the phone.
