Im waiting for there decison to total the car or repair it so ican pay the deductable and get my car. Its been 4 months already. You said so yourself...being angry on the phone doesn't work--as a matter of fact, it gets you nowhere. Try being patient for a change. I know you're frustrated, but yours isn't the only one being dealt with at a shop or the insurance company.
