Business, not to mention if you falsify the report to get a lower rate, you may find them sticking that in your face saying you fraudulantly reported it and now they will not cover you when you have an accident. and the legal theft squad wont tell you that til you actually submit a claim...

all three .if that is the case. Just be honest it won't really make that much difference in your premium to say business vs personal...it the miles they care about. How OFTEN.

Complaints about allstate?

Just in case; if you're delivering pizza, some companies wont cover an accident. Also, this is not multiple choice. Tell them what you use it for and then you dont have to worry about it. Business use is the highest cost, to and from work next , pleasure use only is the cheapest. If you're on high risk rates the cost for pleasure and to work are the same with most companies.

Can I reverse a Guilty traffic plea to a NON- guilty plea?

If you are using it to commute then I would suggest getting it insured that way. Otherwise, if you get into an accident while commuting there may be no coverage. You may want to try a website that compares multiple companies at once to get you the best price. I am paying less than ½ after I did.

Take care,

I have scratched a rented car and do I have to pay the damage even I had the full insurance on my contract?

Depends, what are you using it for? Do you work? Do you use your vehicle for work other than getting to and from? If you state that it is pleasure use, and then you are a realtor and you are showing homes and get into an accident, your insurance may choose to go back to the date of hire, or start of the policy and charge you the higher rate. I have seen it go back 3 years at 75.00/ year. All in one lump sum. So be honest, that way you won't have to come up with a story on why you were where you were. Also, it is really hard to get compensation for time off of work due to injury if you are rated as not working (pleasure)
