It depends on your State laws whether they can deny the claim. Either way, they will be nonrenewing your policy - they will NOT be offering you a renewal when your policy expires (or if allowed by your State they can cancel midterm). They will give you ample notice (probably 30 days - depends on the State). I would start calling independent agents in your area soon in expectation of losing your policy with GEICO. They will probably quote you with Progressive who will take your policy with a DUI & an at fault accident resulting.Hope this helps.
