Question:
I am going to be buying a car soon and will be on as a 2nd name driver with my provisional licence (hopefully to be full if I pass my test soon) my question is, I am aware its legal for me to drive as long as some one in the car is over 21 and been driving for 3 yrs +, but can I also carry other passengers in the car? I can't seem to find any legalties confirming this, just thinking if I wanted to keep practicising with my mum (who will be 1st named driver) and one of my friends was also in the car who maybe didn't have a licence

Can i go get my car title and downpayment back if i havent signed a contract?
As long as your "accompanying passenger" i.e in the front seat & able to assist if needed, meets the criteria, you can have as many other passengers as you like (and can be legally fitted in). You can even have a passenger during your test (tho' I doubt you would want to, would you want mother-in-law butting in all the time?).Good luck & enjoy your driving.
So you pass your driving test and go to the garage to buy your first car. Do you?
Yes you can as you can carry the same when you sit your test.Which you have my good luck for.
If you tried to rent a car, and you have your License and Insurance info, do they always verify it?
I am in your situation. No you can't drive with anyone else, just 1 person, and that person, like you are aware, is the one who is responsible for your instructions while you are driving. Sorry. Is there anyway you can delete points on your licence faster then the time you have to wait???
yes as far as i know there is no reason and no law to stop you having someone in the car! Get DVLA on here and choose question page and that quest will no doubt be on there Good Luck in your testyes you can mate as long as the person sitting next to you (in the front) has a full licence. good luck with the test
AS LONG AS THE ACCOMPANYING FRONT SEAT PASSENGER HAS HELD A FULL LICENCE FOR OVER THREE YEARS AND IS 21 OR ABOVE YOU CAN DRIVE WITH ALL SEATS OCCUPIED. NOT SURE IN YOUR EARLY DAYS ITS A GREAT IDEA TO HAVE MATES IN THE CAR HOWEVER. HOPE THIS HELPS.
What kind of license do you need to drive a vespa?
I have never heard that you can't but I beleive as long as your mate is in the back and not in the front. Can I get SC insurance with my car registered in MD in my parents name?
you can have 1 friend and 1 family member with you while driving but you can also do is you can drive with at least 2 friends if your family member is not there .I was rear ended at a stop light, Now I have back pain, What is a fair number for a settlement?
The fact that you can't find any confirmation anywhere should give you a clue - we don't have a written constitution, so we don't need a bill of rights. That means you can do *anything* as long as there's no law against it - there's true freedom! If you insurence refused to pay your accident benefit in ontario?
You could even have an instructor and (say) three learners in the car, all taking lessons. In fact, this has been done more than once.
Just be sure that the qualified driver sits in the front - that's a legal requirement.
