Answers:

Are there other companies besides Premier that individulas from Massachusetts can buy auto insurance from?

Since they are the ones who will be giving you a bunch of cash to get your car fixed if their customer is found at fault, of course they have the right to ask you for information. You can take the advice of others to "refer them to your agent" and slow down the process, or you can simply tell them the same thing you told your agent and have it over and done with so the investigation can continue towards resolution. Your choice.

License question?

Refer him to your agent.

Car Insurance Question: Rear-Ended Today?

As in most cases their are 2 sides of the story. Obviously yours and the other persons are not close to the same. The adjuster is trying to figure out who's policy is going to pay for the damages. I would suggest you refer him to your original version & stick to it. If he don't like it. "too bad." Your agent maybe able to assist you if the guy keeps harrassing you.

Auto Insurance?

don't talk to him even if it is the same co. You buy ins. so you don't have to do the work let your agent handle it that is what they are paid to do.

Car crash- not our fault- no fault state, are we screwed?

If you are both insured by the same company, then just give the adjuster permission to get a copy of your statement from your owner adjuster. This way you both won't waste your time going over everything again. Under privacy regulations, they cannot share the statements without your explicit permission, even if both adjusters work for the same company.

Vancouver BC. Passed a law that says if you let your car idle for 3 minutes or more you get a fine..?

I believe if you read your policies fine print, you will find on there that you must cooperate in order to expedite your claim.
The adjuster doesn't have an intrest one way or the other. All he/she does is estimate the damage to allow the insurance company to arrive at a figure to pay the claim. You should also be getting your own body shop estimate from your choice of shop so you can have something to compare and arbitrate with the carrier to come to a fair and equitable settlement.
The claims adjuster doesn't have anything to do with personal injuries. That is a whole different ball game.
What you should not do is make any statements to the other carrier. In your case where it is the same carrier, I would definitely consult with an attorney to verify your rights under those circumstances.
Most folks these days are purchasing insurance directly on-line terminating the middleman's fee (insurance agent) therefore it is absolutely in your best interest to consult with an attorney. However, if you are one of those people that has dealt through an agent, he/she should be handling the aspects of your claim! That is what their $500 a year fee is for!

If you have the same insurance company, can't your adjuster talk to his?

Legal Driving rights for teens and young adults?

Yes. For God's sake it's just your version of the accident and the adjuster is only doing his/her job. Get a grip. Note: to the idiots that are advising you to hire a lawyer, drop dead. This is terrible advice as the lawyer will simply take your money and do NOTHING.

Car Insurance: Fully Comprehensive or Third Party ?

You need to speak to your adjuster only, do not answer questions from anyone else. This should be a very interesting claim since you both have the same insurer.

How do i find owner of a vechile tag that is out of state? is there a website r someone i need to contact?

YES, and it doesn't matter who the adjuster works for.

MOT expired by 3 months...will i be fined and what else will happen?

EACH adjuster is required to conduct THEIR OWN investigation and arrive at their own conclusion. You have one representing you, the other guy has an adjuster representing them. THEY CAN NOT GO INTO EACH OTHER'S CLAIM FILE...this violates investigation protocol set forth by BOTH the DOI & the company policy.

How long can I use a foreign registered car in the UK before registering/taxing it here?

Do NOT and I repeat do NOT talk to any other adjuster except your own!!! Anyone that wants your story is supposed to get it thru your adjuster. Your adjuster handles EVERYTHING! That is why we purchase insurance - to let the professionals deal with it. In case you didn't catch it the first two times, do NOT talk to any other adjuster except your own. Something in your story could inexplicably change and it might only be the slightest detail and later it will come back to haunt you. Trust me I have seen it happen many times. Ask for your adjuster's advice is probably the smartest thing to do. Good luck!

Traffic School and insurance companies?

STOP you have no reason too talk with them. after you have talk and made a police report(500.00 damage, or if a injury was sustained, by law in California)and have told YOUR agent/compy. this is for your protection cause you don't want to have ANY of your statement of facts mis-construed.so stop any and future conversations most of all to protect you even thou you both have same company for insurance some is going to get the ding of the cost against them , and this will follow the or you where ever you may go in the future for insurance, and as some people have found the hard way insurance company can fall short in covering oneself 100% so STOP
