Insurance question?

License plate numbers are issued in random amounts of letter/number combinations. Some states have it set up that the lettering in the beginning of the plate signals that plate belongs to a vehicle in a certain county, Idaho is one state I know of that does this. It is probably sheer luck that you have seen many vehicles with NSX being the last three letters. You can check online with license plate collectors about the various types of plates, and what some mean. Some states, the combinations are completely random. I worked for Washington State's licensing bureau, and we would simply pick up boxes with many sets of plates, and issue them.

In many parts of the world, (not the U.S.A.) the letter sequence denotes the area that the car is registered in. If you are seeing a lot of cars with NSX on their plates, that's probably the code for the area in which you live.

Anyone know where you can go to get insurance license in south carolina?

I know that here in Ohio, they send out plates in boxes...a box may have ABC 000-ABC 024. For a while, in my county, there were LOTS of plates around here with the letters AAT, and in the next county they had a lot of BEE. That's just how the plates are distributed.

So in your area, your DMV got a shipment of plates that have the letters NSX.

What is a reasonable money settlement for a car wreck?

You didn't mention what state you live in but consider this; plates are manufactured in sequence and probably doled out to DMV's, Dealers, Notary Publics IN SEQUENCE. If you live in a small town, you will see a greater amount of plates that run in a particular sequence. Get it?
Actually they are federal government issued plates for agents of the National Security Agency, but they modified them a little to throw off other spies...
