Yes - relax! Luckily I passed mine first time (though I had had loads of lessons beforehand - I kept putting the test off!). During my test there was a hailstorm, a real life emergency brake when a parked car pulled out in front of me, and not only did I have the examiner examining me, but there was another examiner sat in the back of the car examining the examiner who was examining me! The only reason I felt quite confident was purely because I'd so many lessons beforehand (more than the average!)...so just make sure you feel completely ready.and most of all GOOD LUCK!!What do you need to know in drivers training?
Try and imagine it as just another lesson! I even pictured the examiner as my instructor! A practise test with your instructor before you take the real one is a good idea. If your instructor doesn't do this automatically ask him/her to do one.Try and stay as calm as possible and go into it with the thought, If I fail it's no big deal! I can always try again.
Good luck!
I've been a professional driver for 24yrs. Trucks of all sizes & even a stint on road-trains in Australia.
The key to passing your test is confidence!...read your highway code over & over. Get your friends & family to test you.
Whilst driving the key things you need to concentrate on are :
Is there anywhere online where i can type my vin number in and my registration number will show up??
1) Speed. ( obviously don't go too fast, but also be aware if you are at speed minus. ).
2) Stopping Distance. ( Try to imagine a bubble around you & that bubble is your safety zone. It takes alot of practice...but you do & will learn to read other drivers intentions. ).
Where can I find the online Missouri Driving book?
3) Spacial Awareness. ( It sort of ties in with the one above, but that involves knowing what is around you.so check your mirrors, especially when you are about to make a manouver. )
I have driven without auto insurance for 26 years. Can anyone come close to that?
Thats about it really...most of your driving skills you will only get by experience.
Good Luck!. Remember!...Confidence!.
Do I need to notify my insurance company that my mileage is increasing?
Observation is vital in a driving testAlways try to look further as you drive so you can plan your move instead of just react to it as it comes. Also mirrors/360 checks as you start, turn, stop and park.
