Answers:

I purchased a 35 ford with a Pennsylvania title. What are procedures to get things changed over to Illinois?

If it is still registered for the road AND will pass state inspection if you are pulled over - then you may drive it. Totalled means you can no longer claim against a loss, it has no value and has been paided off.

Automobile claim?

does your title list it as salvage vehicle if not its ok to fix and drive

How many people can you have on a DMV registration?

no, it's legal. totalling is for insurance purposes only. has nothing to do with DMV.
