Question:
I don't know much about car insurance but I do know it's pretty expensive. What if you have more than one car, would you have to buy insurance for both of them? If that's true how can anyone afford more than one car... and do they have discounts if the same family have more than one car?
If you don't mind can you tell me how much you are paying for you're car insurance?

Most insurance companies give discounts for multiple cars iinsured through them. In my case ( I live in downstate NY), there are 3 vehicles registered, we all have a good driving record (no accidents), and our insurance, combined for all 3 is $230 per month, with my daughter's being the highest individual policy at $106 per month. The insurance includes comprehensive and collision. If you are under 25 yrs. old, anyhere it seems, you are going to pay moreHow much is the license plate fee for a 2000 blazer?
I have a 1995 villager and a 1995 aerostar both with full coverage and 2 drivers on the policy. I am 28 and my girlfriend is 25 and we pay $480 every 6 months. If you only drive on every now and again you can just switch you policy when you need to drive it, but most likely you will need two policies. They should offer multi vehicle discounts.Does one need to live in a state to get a drivers license there?
Yes it's always good to have some insurance probably the one you use the most to travel you should have full coverage or acciental insuarance. but you can get buy with miniumal insurance. you pay monthly amount out of the larger one so you don't pay as much as you think. but if you got loans on any you have to full coverage till it's paid. like i got 3 that are full coverage and total premium cause one's a suv the other are trucks. and just under 1000 but i only pay just under 200 monthly till the larger amount is paid . you can pay as much as you want just as long as you pay the minumal. duejust an idea
good luck you wouldn't want to be stuck in a accedient or one that is deadly with out. will coast you more if you don't have it .
Does anyone know how to convert US drive license to Singapore one, only written test?
I am paying $650 a year for my insurance on a Pickup - minimum insurance allowed by law; I am 44, I have a DUI(I was not drinking I had a medical condition, but they ignored that fact)
If you have multiple vehicles you do get a discount, if you are a student, good grades, pass a special class, are married, or other conditions there are discounts (like I drive less than 5000 mi a year)
I misplaced the title to my car! What do I have to do to get a new one?
Insurance must be purchased for EACH car -- (unless you have a used car lot). I have three vehicles and my insurance runs appx. $166.00 a month (gasp!). I bit*h about it but the reality is I was paying about the same thing when I was a teenager for one vehicle (about a million years ago).Lady made an illegal turn in front of my wife, she had no insurance in a state that requires insurance. she was seventy-six years old, on social security, and had nothing. My vehicle was a total loss, she lost her license, and was fined $450, plus court costs, ordered to pay restitution( which in three years she has not done so). My wife and I are disabled, on a fixed income, tell me, if you will, what are we to do with a situation such as this? GO get insurance for EACH vehicle you own, it is not fair for some to go around without insurance when others OBEY the law, and obtain insurance. We are FORCED to live without our wheelchair equipt van because of the callousness of others who care not for the suffering they cause.

I pay $43 per month for a 2003 Jeep Liberty. When you get a 2nd car then with most companies you get a multi-car discount. You may want to try getting a quote online. I am paying less than ½ of what I was before.Un insured accident, what should I do??
