can indian driving license be used in new jersey?
Not all auto auctions are restricted to dealers. The requirement to be a dealer is up to the auction house. How much insurance money should I expect?
As a practical matter you will probably need other licenses such as a business license and possibly an export license and / or an auto wholesaler's license. As an exporter you'll need a location to stage vehicles for shipment anyway so use that location for your licenses.
what is liability insurance and when do I use it?
That's going to depend on the laws in your destination country. What do they require in order to title a car? Do you need to have the title from Canada? Do you need a dealer license in your destination country in order sell large numbers of cars or even to sell at all? Does it matter which part of the Canadian title is filled out, whether it is marked as being sold to a dealer? Without knowing what country you're shipping the cars to, it's probably impossible to answer these questions, so it is impossible to answer your question. Also, if the auction requires you to have a dealer's license, you'd better get a dealer's license.
