Operating a vehicle in an unsafe manner does this appear on a person's NJ driving abstract?

I received a speeding ticket for 4 miles over speed limit..speed trap. Anyway I had to go to court and it was pleaded down to operating vehicle in an unsafe manner no points will this appear on my driving abstract? I am in the state of New Jersey. Do I have to tell my insurance company.

Yes,it will appear on your driving abstract. The insurance company will find out when they go to renew you, they can legally go back three years on your driving abstract. You can contact your state and request what the insurance company would see,if it was an employer,they too would see some but not all of the record.
