Since the tickets were in another state, they will be transferred with your driving record to the new state, since they are recorded on the license. Do yourself a favor and be honest about it; in the long run, you'll be better off anyway!

You really need to be completely honest with them upfront...I did when I moved from Ohio to Michigan (and trust me, I have a record not many would be proud of) and it didn't hurt as bad as I did (and I moved to one of the most expensive states as far as car insurance is concerned).More Questions & Answers ...
