What will happen?

Question:
A friend of mine has told me that every car she has owned she had registered in a name she had made up to avoid bailiffs taking her cars. The police have found out and i was wondering what will happen to her if she gets taken to court.

Answers:

Hit by vehicle in rear, claims denied by both insurance comps.?

Well, if I were on the bench, I would hit her up for MASSIVE fraud. But it really depends on _WHY_ she felt the need to register her cars under different aliases. Every case is different, but she's probably facing a hefty fine, loss of her car, and potentially jail time.

I was looking at my friend's Washington Driver's license and it says, "Not a valid ID," on it. Why is that?

I would think that would be a very difficult thing to pull off, the employees of the licensing agency are trained to ask for proof of identity, she would only be able to put her legal name on the registration/title application, nothing else would be accepted, period.
