Which US auto insurance company gives the best rates to UK licence holders?

Question:
I recently moved to Atlanta from England and am trying to buy my first ever car. I have 5 years driving experience in the UK, but the insurance companies I have contacted thus far aren't taking this into account and are treating me as a new driver. This increases the premium considerably. Are there any companies out there that will give me a fairer deal?

My brother in law died leaving car finance with no insurance can you please tell me what happens now thankyou?

Note: I have dual citizenship with UK and US
