Can A visitor with valid Indian International Driving license drive a car in saudi Arbia?

Will he be able to get insurance cover? can he escape imprisonment,death money payment etc in case his car kill somebody, if third party cover is there in car insurance? is there any life cover insurance available to him. Note: he is here for few months on a project work and on visit visa,posess international driving license issued by RTO in India permitting to drive car in KSA, during his stay there.
