I was parked and a lady hit my car. My license was suspended. Will they suspended it again. What will my insurance say?...they said its not my fault! but my license was suspended! what is gunna happen. let me know im worried!

Your insurance should tell you they will help you collect from the person at fault. Of course if your car was parked on the street by your house, or anywhere on public property, you have insurance on it, right?

you should have called police...and a friend (with a valid license) to come (and park their car up the street) and say they were with you and they were going to drive. then you have a police report to prove that your car was in fact parked. that means you were not in violation of the suspension so it doesn't matter. there is no way to prove that you were driving it. this is a no-fault accident so your insurance shouldn't have a problem with it.I have had a car accident tonight?

i hate to say it but you will more than likely get your license revoked (as in taken a way for a much long amount out time if not for good) only because you have a prior suspension if you get a cool judge you might squeak buy with just Having to pay some fines & not getting you suspention extended. your inssurance wont go up because the accident wasnt your falt , but what will happen is because you have a prior convition they might deny you covergae beacuse with things like that on your record it makes you a bigger risk that some companys arent willing to take. at least thats how it goes in CA it might be different in other states.well good luck hope i didnt bum you out too much.I got a police report...will my insurance get a hold of it?
