Question:
Hi,
How much will my license plates cost?
While reversing I accidentally took a very small amount of paint of another car. After dropping off a friend back at their house, I returned to see if I caused some damage (which I did). I waited for about two hours but left a note after the owner had not returned but the owner has not contacted me.
What do I do? Thanks in advance everyone.

I wouldn't go to the police or call your insurance until the car's owner contacts you.
You have no information about him/her to give them until they call you anyway.

They would have called you by now. My suggestion is to drop it. You did the right thing in leaving a note. That was very responsible of you and not too many people would've done it. You did your best. Now leave it alone.

Just notify your insurance of what you told us. If the person doesn't bother to contact you, what more can you do?
Where or how can I find out about traffic tickets?
You did the honest thing by leaving a note, now it's in the person who owns the car's ballpark to take the next step by contacting you, if they don't, then don't worry about it as they must have felt it was nothing.Where can i get all the types of car insurances.?
That was you? PayPal me about $400 and we can call it even. You did the right thing. If they don't contact you then don't worry about it. I see shopping carts cause more damage than what you probably did. And by the way definitely don't call your insurance company. Tell the police if you want but I don't think that is necessary. It is not like you just took off. You left a note which I have done the same in the past and had no response. Maybe the person don't have insurance and don't want to be bothered. That is a very good possibility.Well, considering that it could be a while before anyone contacts you, I would sit tight. However, your insurance policy does require you to report all accidents you're involved in, so you may not want to wait very long to report it. What they usually do is hold your claim open for 30 days and then if no one conctacts them they will close the file. If you'd obtained a tag number for the vehicle you could have told them that and they could have tracked the person down to see if he was making a claim. But that's maybe more than you want to do.
Is there any websites where you can find out a full detail of a car..?
So, in a nutshell, it could be a while before you're contacted and you may want to consider just reporting it to your insurance so they know you left your info and that the damage was minor in case they try to claim something you didn't do.
