Question:
There are special circumstances for me here. I have never had a job where I travel to different cities every 2 months. This is what I am going to be doing. My problem is that since my jeep is co-signed, how much will I have to go through to get my jeep registered in a different town? My friend is not going with me obviously and I pay for everything on the car. I can't transfer the title to my name until the jeep is paid off and that'll be at least 3 or 4 years. I will be doing construction at hotels so I am trying to figure out the most efficient way of doing this. Plus I will need to get tags for my jeep in the new state. I won't be living there long enough to have proof of residence or be able to do anything else. The state is going to be Connecticut if anyone is wondering. That is the 1st place I am going to next week.

Is it Possible for Foreigners to Get a UK Drivers License?
Wherever your permanent address is is where you need to be licensed and have your vehicle registered. If you'll have no permanent home address, then use a family member's address or your friends address that co-signed for you.
If you get pulled over for any reason, the officer will understand when you tell them that you're travelling with a construction crew. Just so long as your license and registration are in the same state there won't be a problem, they run into things like this regularly.

dmv.orgyou shouldn't need to change the registration if it is current and you are not moving permanently.
you could have the renewal sent to your friend. when it is time to renew, send him/her send it to you where you are at the time, you mail it in with fee and proof of insurance.
