How long for a settlement check for bodily injury & how much?
Definately, we get bum-raped with the cost of new cars, we're taxed to death at every turn - 75% tax on petrol, £215 road tax, and now the twatting government want to charge us for every mile we travel. Add to that the fooking tree huggers who want us to dress up in leaves and walk everywhere to save the planet, then theres the bastard speed cameras that are everywhere, and a growing bunch of cretins like the fuckwits at BRAKE telling us that if we stray over 30mph we're child killers because some idiots spawn might run into a road and get turned into a vegetable.Daughter just got her driving licence?
As bad as it is I think it will get worse over time as well, once the road pricing is in place, they know your speed all the time, stray a couple of mph over a limit and they will be handing out NIP notices like confetti.
If someone comes here with an international drivers license...?
Will my car doesn't rust or breakdown like my cars from years ago, Obviously costs have gone up, and roads are much more crowded. So yes and noYeah. Driving's a pain in the ****. There are too many idiotic drivers now.
Do Driving Test Examiners have to fail a certain number?
Yes and Yes.The only way to survive is to live out in the sticks, and even then queueing at the Post Office for your tax disc becomes an ordeal. (I always get the staff member who hates everyone).
MOT expired by 3 months...will i be fined and what else will happen?
I don't think owning a car is - driving certainly is.Leased car got totaled...1 year of payments left. Do we have to pay them?

Does anyone know what insurance class the new vauxhall corsa is?
no, yes,yes & yes ! really sucks don't it .What do I have to know to get my driving licence?
well u guys in the UK are lucky, see here in the US espically where i live in california, no shops are close enough for us to walk too or take the bus we have to drive der, im assuming gas is more expensive der, here its about $3.20 a gallon pretty highAnyone wanna pay for me to get my drivers licence?
very stressful, and it is going to get worse.just keep up your good driving.and unfortunately we have to waych out for other drivers, and not just the one in front but the one in front again.its no pleasure any more,It is a lot more stressfull unless you own a car that is brand new.Think about it ! It is allot cheaper to own a new car now than it used to be say 15 years ago.New car prices have decreased in the UK compared to what they used to be compared to the rest of Europe. However the cost of the new M.O.T. is quite ridiculous at an average of £49.00 per test.If you cannot afford a new car, then this government will nail you with the M.O.T. test. You are better buying a new car and making sure you get rid of it before the MOT and thus losing less money and yet keeping the car manufacturing industries buoyant.
