If i have an accident out of state will insurance company drop me?

An insurance company can not lie about your policy limits, there's no way that could, or would, happen. Why would they? Their job is to defend you up to your policy limits...they're not gonna hang you out to dry when you can sue them for bad faith. Financially, not worth it.

My father has a car with a liability insurance can i take my driving test with this car?

Never have heard of it. What ever you have on paper is what it goes by, So pull out the policy they mailed you and see what that says, what ever is on that paper has to be honored and if its in a suit then they will be paying out! Good luck hope this helps!
