I believe that what they're doing is perfectly reasonable if you are parking there and not using Lidil. But not if you are actually parking there to shop. Out of interest how much is the actual charge? Another problem and issue with all this is how can you actually prove that you were using the car park inappropriately? Its almost impossible without hours of CCTV footage being looked at?
