Question:
I took a left onto a main road and got hit by a girl on my left fender. I see how this could be my fault because she had the right away but her license was suspened so she shouldn't have been driving. Is this true that her insurance company should pay for my car.

The accident is your fault and your insurance will pay for the damages to her vehicle. She may get a ticket for driving under suspension but it has nothing to do with who is at fault for the accident.Where Can I Buy Gap Insurance for a Financed Used Car??
Lol, actually no if her licenses is suspended she doesnt have any type of insurance to cover her. The obligation goes towards your insurance company, I believe for you to be insured on this matter you have to have the underinsured driver option on your policy. And weather she had her licenses suspended or not, the blame is on you for failing to give right of way. Atleast in the commonwealth of Massachusetts; thats the law.
Can I pay for my ticket befor when I done with traffic school. Is it gonna go on my record?
No.Regardless of how she is licensed, you caused the accident.
The police and the state may have an issue with her for driving without a valid license, but the accident itself was your fault (as you admit).
