I used a "friends " van for almost a year. She wrote me a note saying she sold it to me for a dollar. Well the title, plates and everything are in my name, is it legally mine? Can I go and take it legally due to she has been letting her son use it with expired plates. I have the title in my possesion.. I need to know if I can go and take the van seems my name is the only one on the title.
