Not sure but they do put a tele-matic tracker in your car , so big brother is watching ! Personally I insure with norwich union direct , the policy is social and domestic only with no commuting allowance with the annual mileage at no more than 4000 miles , I find them to be very reasonable , in fact half of what all the other big companies want . good luck.

We participated in the trial for the pay as you drive insurance about 3 years ago.
We had the tracker fitted and they sent us statements about our driving habits etc.
We were told our insurance premiums wouldnt go up during the trial but after the first year they went up and we got cheaper else where so we cancelled the trial.
We are still waiting for them to remove the tracker 18 months after leaving the scheme.
Wether they are still monitoring us we dont know!
It would be interesting if our car is stolen would they actually be able to find it?
