no my friend i have an Eire licence and i have been to England a lot especially on the m6 this is fact if you don't have a British licence you are OK no problem i know someone who works for the dvla in Dublin and Swansea cant touch my licence my advice pay the fine if your girlfriends car is English reg and be done with it all none English cars cannot be done with any speeding offence the reason to expensive for Swansea to chase all foreign cars but for serious car offensives it goes on computer and the next time you can be stopped but not for doing 80 or 90 on the motorway or 40 in a 30 and you are flashed so don't worry
