Do you have AIS for your car insurance carrier?

I know they are cheap. They've given me a really good quote but I want to know what their service is like after that. If you have had AIS for awhile what do you think of them? Have you ever gotten into an accident when you had AIS? How did they handle it? Thanks for any info on them.

AIS in not an insurance company, they are insurance brokers, IE: they act in the role as your agent. They represent several insurance companies, and will insure you with the company that would best serve your circumstances. I use AIS, and they have placed all of my insurance business with Mercury Insurance Company (no, they aren't run by aliens from space). I have always found AIS to be professional, and helpful when dealing with them, and I would call myself a satisfied customer.
