My drivers license was revoked in 1997 for 2 judgements?

Question:
My drivers license was revoked because of non payment for two judgements, because I did not have the money. Is there something I can do. Please help

Answers:

question about liability insurance?

Is it not obvious? Pay the judgements, and you can have your driver licence back. Don't pay, and keep walking. You have had 10 years to arrange something, how much longer would you like?

I had an atv given to me that is titled in NJ How do I get it in my name??

Of course there is. Pay the 2 judgments. Then you can get your license back, and get your life on track.
