My car was backed into, but it had pre existing damage?

Question:
A woman backed into my new car and caused a few fairly large dents. She immediately admitted fault, and signed a paper saying she was at fault for the damages to my car. The only thing is, there was already a dent almost exactly where the new damage was caused. Will her insurance still want to pay for the damage she caused, since the previous damage is so close to the new damage?

The insurance company will be able to tell that there was prior damage. Usually what they do is do an estimate for the previous damage, an estimate for the new damage and pay you the difference.
