I WAS WITH AN ATTORNEY BUT WAS DROPPED BECAUSE HE SAID IT WOULD COST HIM TO MUCH OUT OF POCKET MONEY HAVE SOMEONE RE-ENACT THE ACCIDENT TO PROVE MY CAR HAD MADE CONTACT MY CAR IS WRECKED, I LOST MY FRONT TEETH. WHAT CAN I DO ? I'M PURSUING IT ON MY OWN HOW DO I FIND SOMEONE TO RE-ENACT THE ACCIDENT?

If you have collision coverage.. they should pay for car damages regardless... you just would owe your deductible if they didnt have an at fault party to recover it back from. If you dont have collision coverage.. and they cant PROVE the other party was involved (aka- no damage on the other car... conflicting facts of loss with no witnesses) then there is no way they can pay b/c they have no one to recover their money from.
