It depends on where you live, your age, and your driving record. I would do a quote online to check it out.

No, but don't tell them what you want to do with it. Say you want to restore it.

Where can I get a FREE reverse license plate lookup for Illinois plates?

I honestly don't know, but I do know that Drive from progressive has some awesome rates! I have 3 vehicles insured, all 95's at the state minimum allowed and my insurance every 6 months in under $300 not for each but for all combined. Not sure on the address but I'm sure you could enter in "Drive" or "insurance quotes" in a search and get some additional info.

What are the implications for parents (in Ohio) who add a teenage son to their auto insurance policy?

I was paying $310./yr and added a second car, which brought my yearly total to $430.00 - Hartford Ins

Confirm this for me someone, or correct me if I am mistaken... Issues with overall liability factors?

Generally most insurance agencies give a discount with adding an additional car. Also depends on which insurance you get (liability, full coverage). Usually insurance is cheaper for the car used primarily for transportation to work. So you could add it as a second work transportation vehicle to help reduce the mileage on your car. If an accident did occur , just as with your first car, rather you were driving to/from work insurance would/ should have to pay up. Keep in mind all states and insurance companies are different.
