2yr probationary period or 6 penalty points. Licences are not revoked a second time if more points are obtained after a successful retest! True or false..

Answers:

I got in a wreck with some Mexicans who have no insurance. What should I do?

If you get 6 points within two years of passing your test you have to take your theory and practical tests again. You must show L plates and be accompanied by a qualified driver until you pass your test again. Accompanying driver must be over 21 and have held a UK licence for three years Once you pass your test you will be subject to the New Drivers Act again.
