My purse was stolen from my bag yesterday...i managed to cancel all my creditcards but i lost my provisional license. How do i deal with this? I've tried ringing the DVLA but they say you don't need to report it missing/stolen.
So do i just reapply for a new provisional?
If your driver's license is suspended in one state, can you apply for one in another state?
(bearing in mind its a provisional license and not an actuall driving license)

You should report it to the Police as your driving licence (provisional or not) is a form of ID and therefore you could be the victim of identity theft.Then go to the post office and pic up a form to get a replacement licence. It will ask you on the form what happened to your old one, and if stolen it will ask if you reported it to the police.
i believe that i you stil have your driver number you can still drive
