I was in a car accident whereas the other party was in the wrong.Their insurance adjuster arranged for my car to be put in the repair shop,is that it or do I have to still have contact with the insurance company?I didn't try to sue(bad karma)but I did let her know that I lost time at work because of my loss of transportation.What's the next step?just wait for my car or what?

I feel bad for you, we had a drunk a hole total our car, he took off and the cops didn't care he was drunk.
