In 1892 the first automobile was imported to India. What number did its license plate hold?
Anyone's guess by what kind of day the judge is having but I would think the only charge that would stick is driving without the license! As long as you have proof of insurance and your father-in-law testifies you had permission to use the vehicle, the license would be the only issue! You did NOT have a license on the day of offense and what you did days or weeks down the road would not apply on that particualar day of offense! You can be charged for driving without a valid drivers license. You will pay a hefty fine or it may carry jail time
