Why do some states force you to have a front license plate?

Based upon what you have said, you are not at fault and this should not affect your insurance rates at all, it will reflect in your auto's history but that is of little consequence.

How do i push a car insurance compan to fix my car?

Payment should come from the truck owner's insurance company. You will not pay any deductible and should be reimbursed fully for the cost of repair. (alternatively many insurance companies simply pay the auto repair shop the complete bill)

If the insurance company totals your car can you still drive it after buying it back?

I hope you got a police report, because if not, you will not get anything from your insurer. If you did, the truck driver's insurance co should reimburse you 100%. Being hit by someone else shold not affect your insurance, unless you were partly at fault.

I was wondering who has the cheapest auto insurance rates in the bay area california? please help..?

If you make a claim thru the insurance company of the person that hit your vehicle there would be no deductible. If you claim thru your own company you would pay your deductible and your insurance company will go to the other persons insurance to get their money back along with your deductible.

Dmv problems?

If the damage to your car is not that extensive and it is driveable claim thru the other persons insurance. You just need to call them up and tell them that you want to turn in a claim.

Does any job need to see proof of car insurance?

If HE is at fault, admits it, and that's what it says in the police report.. you do NOT have to pay any deductible for the claim.

Registering your car in California?

If he admits fault to his insurance and you go directly through them- you will have no deductible. Your insurance will find out as the accident will be entered in a national database they have access to but i highly doubt it will affect your rates as they didnt have to pay out.

Whats the best car insurance company in Wichita,KS?

You can either go with your insurance and you will have to pay your deductible. Your insurance company will then go after the guy who hit your cars insurance. Once they collect from his insurance you will get your deductible back. That is called subrogation. Your insurance should not go up as you stated you were not driving your car was parked (you were out of the car getting air) Also you can collect through the person who hit you (there insurance) but it will take longer. Good Luck Hope this helps..
