Question:
i had an accident in june 06 , my 6 wk old baby and i were driving and a car hit us on head on ,speeding. Thankfully my baby was ok , i came out with whiplash and have been experiencing neck problems and head pains since. The other driver ran from the scene of the accident and i believe he is now untraceable.(the car was stolen)
i have applied to a solicitors for a personal injusry claim , but have not yet had any idea of what compensation i can expect. does anyone know? has it happened to them? i have lost my car (which was new and cost me £8000!) i cannot afford a new car now. i was only 3rd party (my mistake!!) so have not got paid a penny from my insurance company. i could do with the money from this personal injury claim, but dont know if i am fighting a losing battle!
Answers:
the amount will depend on your injuries.
In florida are windshield replacements free in all insurances, cause a rock cracked mine...?
From 2 grand!! £Can anyone tell me how I can trace my car insurance records, I need to go back at lease 5 yrs?
Dont think you will get anything for your car,Depending on your ongoing symptoms I'd estimate 2-3 Grand.
Anyone wanna pay for me to get my drivers licence?
stick in thier you will get compensation but its the court to decide how much. thiers a trust called fedrall beuro of motors who compensate for scum who dont pay insurance or tax ect you pay a premium thro your insurance to these people with out being told so , your injury lawyer will no this and put in a claim to them. if you have evidence of lose of earnings and unlawfull lose to your property ie your car you can claim thier to, but how much you get back is to say uncertain but anything is better than nothing. its good to hear both you and baby are ok tho cars are replacable.I need a website with printable 24-hour auto insurance papers ?
Hi, I'm still awaiting the same thing. My accident was last October... and your'e still waiting. I was fully comp and thankfully my insurance paid me the going rate for a similar car and they paid out in exactly 1 month, so i was lucky in that respect. I'm now waiting for a JCB company to pay up, but they don't seem to want to back down they are saying it's my fault.Do ZAP electric cars have VINs? Do you have to register them with the DMV?
OK, bear in mind that I am an American lawyer in Texas, BUT... it depends (in the US) on where the accident occurred. Juries in one county (democratic-leaning, with large minority population) may pay far more than juries in another (read right-wing republican) county. I practice law in DFW where Dallas County cases are worth more than Collin or Tarrant county cases due to the demographic makeup of the jury pool.More Questions & Answers ...
