Paid suspension?
I'm not sure about Georgia, but a lot of States offer points reduction after you take and pass a driver's education program such as that offered by AARP. ( No you don't have to be 60 years old to take the course!) Check with the DMV for their suggestions about reducing points (and for Pete's sake, drive more reasonably in order to avoid tickets!)
Car Insurance Question...?
Easy. You let time go by, meanwhile not getting any new tickets to add points, and eventually you have no points. Usually happens in 3 to 5 years.
