Have good driving record for 3 years and with Progressive.
How much insurance can go up if I hit a car and damage like this...

insurance rates are not based on just the amount of damage to your vehicle. there are many things that are taken into consideration. first off...were you found at fault for the accident? if not, your rates won't go up at all. if you were found at fault then there is a chance your rates will go up. call 1-800-progressive and they can let you know if the accident will have any affect on your premium.

Unknown. You might have to just wait until renewal time and see if there is an increase. You can ask them of course, but often times they don't know for sure.

Which car is yours? The black one or the silver one? If you request that you don't fix your car, and just have to pay for the other persons car, and the other car was parked at the time of the accident, then probably a $100-$150 a year. If, however, both cars were moving at the time, and the other driver complains about back and/or neck injuries and hires a lawyer, you could be sued for your total collision amount or more, in which case the insurance company will surely drop you like a hot potato.

Dont file a claim on yours. The black fender can be easily replaced with a similar from a salvage yard. Should only be less than 10 bolts holding it on, including wheel well fasteners. Takes less than 1 hour to replace. The silver bumper needs to be taken off, then warmed with a heat gun to push the dent back out. It will need paint, but not much else unless it was torn (it doesnt look torn). Then there is epoxy for that. Pay out of pocket or pay higher insurance for years to come.

Probably about 10%. If you have another within a year, you'll go into a "high risk" category and you will be paying double.
