Good question. Personally, I think it is a discrimination situation, and one to be pursued by the industry. Try looking into a good driver program, as well as one connected to good grades in school.Although it's true that girls are becoming increasingly reckless at a faster rate than boys, boys still have more accidents. The gap is closing and insurance companies are closing the price gap but it's not there yet. Girls really need to be ashamed of that increase in accidents too. I ride a motorcycle and girls follow too damned close and DON'T pay attention. Part of the insurance problem is male aggression behind the wheel. Well it is a fact that GIRLS get in more accidents, for example talking on the cell phone while putting on their make up, while trying to do the latest dance moves after shifting gears.
