How do I get info on a Traffic Ticket that I never had?

Just got a new car, and the insurance company says I received a traffic ticket last year in March. I haven't had any traffic tickets and no one but myself has ever driven my car. I asked the insurance company if they could give me details and they said they couldn't. What do I do? Is there a good reliable website online that I can get my complete driving record for Colorado? I just want to get this lie of theirs resolved. Apparently they said the ticket was resolved but it was a huge points violation on my drivers license. How can this be if I haven't even had a ticket last year? Help Please.
