If Your 15 turning 16 in two months can you drive with someone thats 16 and has a liscense? Cause I live in illinois and am moving to arizona, and we have three cars with 2 liscenced drivers not including myself. so i would need to drive car #3 but i wont have my liscense until a month after we get to arizona.
