What will be my settlement amount be?

You have to have an SR22. It says even though you currently have no license you paid insurance. (I know) it's stupid but then after you get your clearence letter, SR22, fines receipts, ID (state I.D. they don't tell you that you have to have it but you do - I made 3 trips all together so I know) Birth certificate NOTARIZED, social security card, any re-instatement amounts then you go to Columbus or Toledo or Parma...they will take your money , be rude to you, give you a receipt, and you go to your local DMV and they will give you a learner's permit for $12-20 and you have to wait 1 week to take your test..THEN you should bring proof of insurance AND I.D and permit and birth certificate and THEN you take your test and pay another 10-$20...and THEN you will get your license.Maybe.
P.S. If you were required to take a remedial driving course - keep that certificate (you get only 1 and they won't replace it). That cost is $100.00 prepaid and involves sitting in a location for 8 hrs. listening to things you already know about road signs and stuff. If you have to have that get it BEFORE you go to Columbus. Good luck.
