Lost my license, how do i get it back without having to take the back on track program?

i lost my license 5 years back and or is there any loop holes in the back on track program, my license has expired and do i just take the test again rather than take the program??

just go to the testing center and take the test, but you will still have to pass. then they will give you your new license.
