When signing up or your driver's license in Texas, do you have to have a parent there to sign something?

i already have my permit and all that and i took driver's ed in june, do we have to have a TEA form too when we already needed it for the driver's ed registration? I got this green sheet from driver's ed on the last day and the teacher told me to take it when i get my license but shouldnt proof of driver's ed be in the system?

Well if your not 18 they have different rules or maybe now its 21 either way you probably need to be embarrassed with your parents sorry its for the best
