to many things wrong with this story--- like out of status with a valid soc sec number, Showing up at Superior Court for a minor civil infraction. You don't need a California drivers License to drive in California---- unless you are a resident of California, or reside and work in the state. A International drivers License is only good or valid if you have your original drivers license-------- your missing to much information, like insurance--There is no such thing as an "international drivers license".
